The lady who did my massage was so nice!!! She even gave me a free bottle of water to take home with me. She did a great job and asked if I was comfortable! I would go again!!

I had a great experience here! One of my favorite things is that they welcome walk-ins and are open every day, which makes it so convenient to fit into my schedule. I also really appreciate that they can do true deep tissue massage. I've been to a lot of places that advertise deep tissue but don't actually apply enough pressure—this place absolutely does. Highly recommend!

This was an extremely disappointing massage. There were so many issues. It started when I arrived. The person at the desk spoke little to no English so didn't understand when I said I had an appointment. I showed her the reservation with the details from my phone. It made no difference. She called someone in the phone for help and whatever was said didn't help. She led me across the room and had me point on a list what I wanted. Once that was settled, I was led to a room where she turned on a light and left without saying anything. I sat down waiting for direction. She eventually came back and knocked to see if I had disrobed. I tried to explain that I didn't know she wanted me to disrobe. Once I was on the table, she asked about pressure. I explained that I'd like it to be medium then proceeded to be subjected to 90min of pain. There was nothing relaxing about the massage at all. I mentioned several times that it hurt but due to the language issue, nothing changed. The rooms weren't prepared. She left the room four times to get items or to speak to a client that came through the door. Toward the end of the massage, I was explaining an issue with my quadriceps and she didn't understand and was going to call someone on her phone to translate. I've never been so glad when a massage ended. I will not be going back nor will I recommend to anyone.

Lumiere Massage was absolutely amazing. We went in for a couple's massage and not only were they professional but the massages were very thorough with perfect pressure all over. We definitely plan on coming back soon.
